Melanotan 2 10mg x 1 vial
Melanotan II is a of alpha-melanocyte-stimulating hormone, which causes pigmentation (tanning) of human skin.
Melanotan II non-selectively mimics the action of melanocortin peptides. These are natural hormones involved with pigmentation, energy homeostasis, sexual functioning, the immune system, inflammation, and the cardiovascular system. Melanotan II stimulates the production of eumelanin, causing the skin to go darker (tanning). It's usually administered as an injection of liquid underneath the skin, commonly every second day. Trials have shown that the tanning effect can occur within 5 doses.
Melanotan II is most commonly administered via subcutaneous injection, allowing slow release into the bloodstream. Proper dosing and administration protocols are essential for minimizing side effects and maximizing benefits.
Starting Dose
- Begin with 0.25 mg daily, especially for first-time users
- Titrate up to 0.5–1 mg per day based on tolerance and results
It’s critical not to exceed recommended doses, as overuse increases the risk of side effects, including hyperpigmentation and nausea.
