How can I track my package?

After you received a tracking number you can go to a carrier site like royalmail.com and press track package there, it will show a status of your delivery. If you do not know your carrier, we recommend to use one of the following tracking services:

Please keep in mind,  tracking numbers are always poorly updated and can be seen almost on any regular international shipping tracking service. The tracking information usually updates when it arrives to the customs of destination country. After that, it is a matter of several days to receive it.


When will you ship my order?

After we confirm the payment usually it takes up to 24-48 hours for us to prepare your package for dispatch. We are shipping Mondays to Fridays. Please consider national holidays, which delays the shipping.


How much is the shipping cost?

All UK orders are normally sent by Special Next Day Delivery. International orders are sent by Airsure International mail (registered, but not signed mail) or by Signed For International mail (registered mail and needs to be signed on delivery). It normally takes 4-7 days arrive to any destination.
For UK orders £8.99 flat fee will apply. For orders to US and Europe countries there is a £19.99 flat fee.


How long does delivery take?

Estimated T/A after the dispatch date: 4-10 days US Domestic / 12-45 International / 7-16 EU Domestic. We constantly choose the best routes and work as quickly as possible to get your order to you. Please note that the shipping time depends on various factors, such as postal service efficiency, customs clearance, international transit, etc., which is why we give you an approximation based on our statistics and former experience.


Should I use my real name in the address?

We cannot be made responsible for undelivered packages with wrong/ insufficient name or address provided. Please be very careful on putting the correct name or address when placing your order. Always choose the REAL name and address to be able to find your package in case of loss or non-delivery, otherwise you may not be able to retrieve it and you will not be eligible for our Reship / Refund policy.


My order has not arrived.

If your order has not arrived within 60 days have passed from the dispatch date (date of the first tracking information line) please write to our Customer Support and we will start an investigation with the carrier to confirm a seizure or loss and reship your package. Please note that we cannot intervene before 60 days have passed from its dispatch date. These are the international post regulations in terms of time limit for a complaint or investigation to be launched. Also please be aware that your order can have more than 1 package and tracking number. Usually we ship 1 package per warehouse and thus the tracking number count usually follows the warehouse number.


My tracking number does not work.

Sometimes it might take up to 5 business days or more before your tracking information would be available online. Your tracking code is valid and please make sure to try again later to track your parcel. Unfortunately tracking numbers are always poorly updated and the tracking information usually updates when it arrives to the customs of destination country. After that it is a matter of several more days to receive it. Your package should arrive soon.


I have missed my delivery... / My tracking number has Alert/Failed delivery attempt status.

Please use the tracking number to make an inquiry personally at your local post office. There is no need to worry about going to the post, after the Customs authorities have completed their custom inspection of your package, it can't be intercepted, scanned or treated in any unusual way and you can go ahead and receive it as any other regular Amazon package. PLEASE DO IT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! Returned packages are lost as we are not able to retrieve them.


My package is being returned to sender.

Unfortunately, returned packages are lost as we are unable to retrieve any returned deliveries. Most of time packages are being returned because a wrong or insufficient address was provided or the package had not been picked up on time. We can’t be responsible in both scenarios. Please go personally to your local post office and proceed with an inquiry. Sometimes, packages can be returned because import documents are missing. In this case we need a copy of the notification to initiate a reship. We highly recommend to check tracking numbers and your post box more frequently and be careful on putting the real name and address when placing your order.


Can I change my delivery address?

Unless your order has statuses “shipped” you can change your address by contacting our Customer Support


Are your packages discreet enough?

We ship in neutral boxes without mentioning of the goods inside the package or any other information like the website, logos, etc. Packages have enough discretion and protection so your order can arrive safe and without any unnecessary attention.


My package is being held in customs.

There is no need to worry, usually customs clearance procedure takes 2-3 days, however sometimes it can take up to 30 days or more to release. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to speed up things. We kindly ask to patiently wait, as our shipping success rate from abroad is around 98%.


What if my package will be seized? Can my address be flagged?

There is no need to worry. We are in this business for more than 12 years and worst case scenario we have heard for seizures of packages was that basic seizure notice. Including for orders containing more than 50 vials. Customs, according to their official reports, seize tens of thousands of packs every day containing forbidden supplements and drugs therefore an address flag is impossible since the volume is simply to big for them to analyze each case in depth. Our store offers the most permissive reship policy on the AAS market. For most countries we offer unlimited reship policy. If you have received a seizure letter or your package is stuck in customs for more than 15 days, please contact our customer line to investigate the case and initiate a reship.


Do I need to pay taxes if I order to EU?

If you make a purchase from our EU to EU section, your order will be shipped from the EU and will not have to pay taxes. Other orders will be taxable.
